Yoga can be translated as to yoke, or to union; more specifically the asanas are a practice of bringing the mind back into the body.
I teach with dynamic triad of heart, breath, and alignment with an embodied theme interwoven throughout class. I approach the yoga postures as a practice focused on the alignment and functional movement of the body with intelligence sequencing that allows one to be in a state of ease. Through Yoga Asana, each practitioner can find the balance of hard work and grace, diligence and surrender.
I offer classes in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga. Each of these modalities allow me to meet a person where they are at and offer a class that can be truly beneficial to one’s unique personality.

I first stepped on to a yoga mat when I was 10 years old, but my love for yoga asana and philosophy really blossomed in 2016 during a training with Katie Silcox. I completed my RYT 200hr Yoga Alliance certification in 2018 with Rasa Yoga in Seattle. I have since completed trainings with Katie Silcox, Janet Stone and Leah Zaccaria to deepen my understanding of Yoga and Ayurvedic philosophy and strengthen my capacity to teach.
