Yin Yoga

A yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held (5+ minutes), passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues.

You can expect breath-work exercises and mindfulness meditations whilst you are in the pose. Yin is the perfect compliment to more active styles of yoga and sports.
